Q: Do you send goods abroad and how much will it cost me?

Q: Are the goods original?

Q: Are the sizes of the garments reduced ?
A : The clothing sizes are of European standard, not reduced. If the model is downsized, please refer to the product description.

Q: Can I return the product?
Answer: If the buyer does not like the shape, size, colour, model or completeness of the product, he/she has the right to return the product within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the parcel, provided that the product is in good condition, has not been used, and the product label is present. The form can be filled in here

Q: Are your goods up to date? How often do you add a new range ?
A: Our assortment is updated every week and sometimes even within a few days, so if you visited our e-shop yesterday and didn't choose anything, maybe you will tomorrow!


Q: What is the country of origin of the clothes?
A: The range is made in the UK, Italy, Taiwan, Turkey, France, India, Greece, Chile and Vietnam.

Q: How many days will it take to receive my order?
A :Goods are delivered within 2-4 working days within Lithuania.


Question:What are the possible delivery methods?
A: We ship and deliver throughout Lithuania, you can choose to have your goods delivered by courier or to the OMNIVA (list of locations HERE) or LPEXPRESS (list of locations HERE) terminalof your choice .

Question:What are the available payment methods?
Answer. Cash on delivery to the courier, cash on collection from the terminal of your choice, and bank transfer.


Question:How do I use a discount code?
Answer:Please enter the discount code in the space for the discount code on the checkout form, without quotation marks and without spaces, as written. If you have any difficulties or if you think the discount code is not working, please contact us at pirktukas@pirktukas.lt and we will check the information and inform you immediately.


Question:What is the return procedure?
A : To return/exchange an item that is not suitable for you, you should fill in the return form HERE10, Marijampolė, UAB "PIRKTUKA", upon receipt of your return we will make a replacement or refund your payment.
