The Treviso mattress is based on a pocket spring construction. Simply put, it is a high quality, double-tempered spring placed in separate pockets. By separating the springs into pockets, each spring can act individually in response to the pressure of a particular part of the body. In addition, the mattress is divided into 7 support zones where the springs work in accordance with the weight of the specific body part. The mattress acts more gently under the head or waist than, for example, under the hips or shoulders. All this is designed to ensure an orthopaedic positioning of the spine during sleep and to relax the muscles and joints. It is worth mentioning that the pocket construction is additionally finished with inserts made of flexible T25 polyurethane foam. The foam gently yields to the pressure of your body and allows it to "wrap" into the mattress. However, it later returns to its original shape to prevent the mattress from warping and deforming.
